Application Process

Interested applicants should begin by reviewing income guidelines for their household by floorplan.  If your household qualifies you may continue to complete our standard rental application and screening process.

Required Documentation

  • A driver’s license or another form of identification
  • Proof of income – up to eight (8) weeks of most recent consecutive paycheck stubs, or proof of retirement or benefit income
  • The most recent two (2) months of bank statements
  • Employment verification
  • Child support verification

Associated Fees

Standard upfront costs include an $85 application fee, a $200 administrative fee, and a security deposit ranging from $300 up to one month’s rent, depending on credit approval. Monthly fees totaling $200 also apply. Leasing specials and promotional offers are not applicable to DHA voucher applicants.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must provide proof of income (or) DHA voucher approval and complete our standard screening process, including income verification through Snappt and VOI.  Income guidelines can be found below.

The approved voucher amount will be included as part of the applicant’s total qualifying income during the verification process.
